Hammer Farmhouse | Before + Afters

YOU GUYS!! It has OFFICIALLY been ONE YEAR since we moved into our fixer upper. Which means, I have successfully FAILED to post before + afters, ONE YEAR LATER. #bloggerwin

To be 100% transparent (and maybe give some of you a little hope if you’re considering a fixer upper) our house is 1300 SF, 100 years old, and our renovation budget was $60,000.

Enjoy.

HUGE shoutout to the first “YES” we got… Landon Ward, our realtor. Also- Kathy McClure at Gateway Mortgage Group for jumping on board immediately.

THANK YOU to Derek Hillyer at KLH Construction for seeing potential in this home and saying “hell yes” immediately.

And LAST but not least… THANK YOU ZACK for always supporting my crazy adventures… like buying this home on a random Wednesday morning, while you were at work. I love you to the moon!
